STRATEGY, TRAINING & MENTORING SESSIONS 
We strive to provide valuable sessions tailored to your needs. 
Please note that once a session has been paid for and booked, it is non-refundable.
However, we offer flexibility in rescheduling your session up until 24 hours before the meeting start time. 

If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of the meeting start time, we kindly request that you notify us in advance. Failure to do so may result in the session being considered a no show.

If Source Medium needs to cancel a booked session you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule and if that is not possible, a full refund will be given.

 

AUDITS

We stand behind the quality of our audits and do not offer refunds once the purchase has been made.

If you have any concerns or questions regarding our refund policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Once an audit has been purchased we cannot commence until read-only access to the account has been granted and the audit questionnaire has been submitted.

AGENCY SUPPORT

Agency support service requests will be confirmed upon receiving a detailed brief of requirements. Support work will be carried out remotely unless agreed otherwise (and you are based in the London ares). A 50% deposit is required in advance of work commencing with the remainder payable upon completion.
